HICKEY · PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
Updated 27 October 2026. This page explains what Hickey collects when you use the store, why we use it, and how to contact us about your information.
Information we collect
- Account: your email address and, for password accounts, a salted password hash. We never store your plain-text password. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your verified email and Google account identifier to create or access your Hickey account.
- Basket and orders: saved items and quantities, order contents, order references, and payment status.
- Delivery: the name, phone number, and address you enter at checkout.
- Messages: suggestion, feedback, and custom-design forms open a draft in your email app. Hickey receives the message only if you choose to send it.
How we use information
We use account information to sign you in and associate your basket and orders with your account. We use order and delivery information to process and fulfill purchases, confirm payment status, respond to requests, protect the store, and keep records of transactions.
Google sign-in
If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google provides the information needed to verify your sign-in. Hickey uses and stores your verified email address and Google account identifier to sign you in and connect your account, basket, and orders. We do not receive your Google password or use your account to access Gmail, contacts, files, or other Google services.
Storage and service providers
Hickey stores account, basket, order, and delivery information in Cloudflare D1. A secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Google provides Google sign-in. Razorpay processes payments; payment details are entered with Razorpay, while Hickey stores order and payment references and status.
Who can see your information and how long we keep it
Hickey administrators can see account emails, orders, and the delivery details needed to fulfill an order. We keep account and transaction information while it is needed to operate your account, fulfill and support orders, prevent fraud, and meet record-keeping requirements.
Your requests and contact
To ask about your information or request an update or account deletion, email [email protected] from the address on your account. Some transaction records may need to be kept for accounting, payment disputes, or other record-keeping requirements.
Privacy questions: [email protected].
